- A rally was held in Stepanakert last night: there were calls from residents of Artsakh to form their own troops to defend the republic.
- Nine members of the UN Security Council called for unblocking the corridor to prevent a humanitarian crisis. France, the United States, and the United Kingdom are among them; Argentina joined the call yesterday.
- According to the Ministry of Defense, today at 03:15 units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire with small arms near the village of Verin Shorzha. There are no losses.
