A call to Joe Biden from a congressman, a seriously ill patient and the Red Cross

- Congressman Frank Pallone: "Joined my colleagues in a letter to President Biden, urging him to take measures to ensure the safety of the people of Artsakh after Azerbaijan imposed a blockade of the Lachin corridor, the only road connecting Nagorno-Karabakh with Armenia, endangering thousands of people"
- A decrease in average prices for food and medicines was recorded in Stepanakert
- The Azerbaijanis let ICRC vehicles pass through the blocked section of the Lachin corridor, along with which an Armenian ambulance was able to pass.
- A seriously ill patient was taken out of Stepanakert along the Berdzor corridor. A 62-year-old man was taken by ambulance and accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross to the Yerevan Cardiology Hospital.
