Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan: "Yerevan is not negotiating with Baku on the status of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). We have not received a mandate from the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to negotiate their future. We do not have such ambitions and are not trying to do it, we are not trying to claim a role to decide their status. The only thing we are trying to provide is to create a platform, a mechanism of dialogue, where the people of Nagorno-Karabakh and official Baku will be able to conduct a dialogue and discuss, negotiate on all those issues that are interesting and important for the people of Nagorno-Karabakh."
