  • Freedom House again called on Azerbaijan to immediately end the blockade. The tweet says that Azerbaijan's month-long blockade of the Lachin corridor is creating a humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh, as vital supplies are being depleted.
The organization also called on the international community to support lifting the blockade and returning to negotiations without coercion, adding that the rights, security and well-being of the population of Nagorno-Karabakh must be ensured.

  • We will not leave our homeland, no matter how difficult the situation is - Artsakh State Minister
After more than a month of blockade of the Lachin corridor, Azerbaijan is forcing Armenians to leave their ancient homeland, but the people of Artsakh will not leave their homeland, no matter how difficult it may be. Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan stated this in his microblog on Twitter.
"We will not leave our homeland, no matter how difficult the situation may be. Every day we make a difficult but necessary choice to stay and protect our land," Vardanyan stressed.
He added that this is the only way to prevent the process of losing Artsakh and guarantee the preservation of the Armenian world.
