Artsakh Authorities Announced the Introduction of Food Coupons

A system of coupons will be introduced in Artsakh, which will allow distributing food, the office of the State Minister of Artsakh reported, referring to the decision of the State Minister of the Republic Ruben Vardanyan. First, it will concern essential products.

The Minister of State instructed to summarize the issues raised by the population during the meetings, highlight the problems and discuss the possibilities of their solution.

"These meetings have shown that the difficulties of the blockade have not broken the spirit of the people. Three groups of issues were raised: local problems related to specific localities, general problems that will require a systemic solution, and discontent. There are urgent problems that need to be addressed as a matter of priority."
