EU | "We call for immediate action to alleviate the plight of the population"

At the initiative of the head of the Subcommittee of the European Parliament on Security and Defense Nathalie Loiseau, thirty MEPs sent a letter to the head of the European Council Charles Michel and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borell.
They call on Charles Michel and Josep Borell to use their powers on behalf of the European Union to take concrete steps and ensure the security of the indigenous Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh, to prevent a policy of intimidation and to avert aggression from Azerbaijan.
