John Inarritu, a member of the Spanish parliament, visited the Armenian city of Sotk and published a video message from there on his Twitter page.
"The Azerbaijani regime continues its provocations and violates the peace agenda. Now they are sending so-called environmentalists to block the only land connection between Artsakh and Armenia."
